Make every email match your brand and speak in your own voice. Until now, all system emails in Bookingbird were static and predefined. With the new Email Configuration feature, you can fully customize each email type – from order confirmations to booking cancellations and more. Define the content, style, and tone to ensure every message feels personal and on-brand. 1 1 25

Mobile Optimization

Give your customers and team a smooth, app-like experience on any smartphone. Bookingbird is already responsive, but not yet fully optimized for mobile use. With this update, layouts, navigation, and inputs will be adapted specifically for smaller screens. Dropdowns, buttons, and forms become touch-friendly, while overall usability is streamlined for quick actions on the go. 1 1 20

Automatically generate invoices for manually created bookings

Currently, invoices are only generated automatically when a booking is made through the public booking page. Bookings created manually in the dashboard do not trigger automatic invoice creation, requiring users to create invoices manually afterward. Goal: Ensure that invoices are also automatically generated for manually created bookings to align the workflow with regular (public) bookings and reduce manual effort.

Reward your customers and boost sales with easy-to-use discount codes. Create custom coupon codes that customers can enter during checkout. Choose between percentage-based or fixed amount discounts, set rules, and decide how and when the codes can be used. This gives you full control over promotions and special offers. 20

Improved Booking Option Relations

Build more flexible services by linking one booking option to multiple resources with different time slots. Right now, a booking option can only connect to a single resource. With this update, you can split a service into multiple parts and assign each to different resources with their own durations. For example: a 1-hour service that includes 20 minutes with Resource 1 and 40 minutes with Resource 2. This makes it possible to map even complex services with ease. 1 1 50
